Crisp’s ‘Sweet Greens’ Recipe

The Sweet Greens Smoothie
Serves 1


  • 1/4 cup (4 segments) peaches
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful spinach (approx. 30g)
  • 4 dates
  • Light shake of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 5 ice cubes
  • For an extra boost, add a tablespoon of peanut butter


  1. Add all the ingredients together and blend.
