NABERS Sustainable Portfolio Index Results

Walker Corporation's Parramatta Square achieved a commendable 5.8 stars, the highest rating of all assets in the index. This index comprises 417 assets, representing nearly 7.4 million square meters of area, equating to 24% of the national office market. This accomplishment speaks to Walker Corporation's unwavering commitment to sustainable practices.

What is the Sustainability Portfolio Index?
The Sustainable Portfolio Index has entered its sixth year, covering 60 portfolios of office and shopping centres. The Index provides a comprehensive view of portfolio performance across diverse domains such as energy efficiency, water efficiency, waste management, indoor environment quality, and carbon neutrality. Furthermore, it enables tracking progress over time, rendering it a unique offering in the marketplace.
