We’re introducing a new waste stream, and you’re invited to be part of the shift.

Over four weeks, we’re asking our tenant community to Pledge to Pause. Pause before you toss. Pause to sort. Pause to rethink what waste really is.

You’ll learn how our new dry waste stream works, where your waste goes, and why it matters. Because real sustainability isn’t just about new bins, it’s about shared responsibility, transparency and small actions that compound.

Every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm, tenants can make the pledge and receive a complimentary coffee card* – a small thank you for taking a moment to do things differently. While stocks last.
