After 5 Series: Matcha Masterclass

Step into the world of traditional Japanese tea and discover the art of matcha.
In our next After 5 Workshop on Wednesday, 27 May, you’ll explore the rich heritage of Japanese matcha, tracing its journey from sacred ritual to modern-day wellness staple. You’ll be guided through the traditional preparation process, learning to slow down and engage your senses along the way. From understanding ceremonial vs culinary grades to mastering the perfect whisk, this hands-on session will walk you through the rituals, techniques and flavour profiles behind every cup.
How can I win tickets?
To win tickets for you and a colleague, simply:
1. Visit Parramatta Square between Tuesday 7 April – Friday 1 May.
2. Complete the form via the iPads located at 3, 4, 6 or 8 Parramatta Square lobbies
3. Visit and enter daily to increase your chances of winning!
But that’s not all! All eligible entries will be entered into the draw to WIN dinner from Sushi Yuzen, valued at $100. There are two prizes to be won.
After 5 winners will be randomly drawn by Wednesday, 6 May.
T&Cs apply. Tickets are non-transferable. Winners can elect one colleague to join them at the workshop and must be a tenant with Walker’s Parramatta Square.
New to the After 5 Series?
The After 5 Series is free and exclusive to Parramatta Square tenants. It is a great way to connect and socialise with your colleagues while trying out new workshops and activities in Parramatta Square. Recent events have included a Croissant Workshop, Progressive Dinner and Cake Decorating Workshop.
Hosted bi-monthly, Parramatta Square tenants must complete the requirements the month before the After 5 Series event. This way, everyone gets a fair chance of entering the draw. The mechanics will differ for each event, so stay tuned via our Weekly Newsletter so you don’t miss out!

How can I increase my chances of being selected for the double pass tickets?
To increase your chances of being selected for a double pass ticket to the next After 5 Workshop, log your visit to Parramatta Square via the lobby iPads each day between 7 April – 1 May.
How will I know if I’ve won the tickets?
Following each After 5 Series competition, winners will be notified via email. The next After 5 Series winners will be announced by Wednesday, 6 May. Winners must claim their tickets by replying to the email within 3 days of notification; otherwise, their tickets will be redrawn.
**How will I know if I’ve won a $100 Dinner from Sushi Yuzen? **
After the competition, winners of the Sushi Yuzen prizes will receive an email by Wednesday 7 May with instructions on how to claim their $100 dinner.
