Fishbowl Releases Recipe for Popular ‘The OG’ Bowl

Fishbowl’s ‘The O.G.’ bowl is a great one to try as we head into Autumn. A light and refreshing meal with a delicious depth of flavour, this salad is packed with protein and goodies, to help keep you feeling satisfied and great for the rest of the working week even.

Salad Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon sashimi
  • Kale
  • Golden beet
  • Shallots
  • Red onion
  • Edamame
  • Avocado
  • Seaweed salad
  • Crispy shallots
  • Tobiko

Roasted Sesame Dressing Ingredients

  • Gluten Free Soy
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • Mirin
  • Egg
  • Vegetable oil
  • Roasted white sesame seeds

Method

Step 1: Thinly slice salmon sashimi into strips

Step 2: In a large salad bowl, combine fresh salmon sashimi, kale, golden beet, shallots, red onion, edamame and avocado. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Toss to mix.

Step 3: For the roasted sesame dressing, whisk ingredients together, then add to salad and toss gently. Add the seaweed, crispy shallots and Tobiko on top and serve.
