What is the Sustainability Portfolio Index?

The NABERS Sustainable Portfolio Index (SPI) is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that ranks portfolios based on an area-weighted average of their NABERS ratings. Now in its sixth year, the SPI evaluates performance across key sustainability categories including energy, water, waste, and indoor environment quality.

By tracking performance over time, the SPI provides valuable insight into how leading portfolios are progressing towards more sustainable and efficient operations, making it a key indicator within the property industry.

These latest results further cement Parramatta Square’s reputation as a benchmark for sustainable urban development - delivering long-term environmental, social, and economic benefits for the city of Parramatta and its growing community.
