A classic croissant gets a seasonal refresh with a new range of limited-time specials, made for lingering coffee breaks and well-earned treats.
Threefold Pastry’s Apple Pie Croissant delivers comfort in every bite, layering spiced apple compote and vanilla custard with a generous pour of vanilla sauce. Bright and indulgent, the Mango & Passionfruit Danish pairs baked custard and cream mousseline with mango and passionfruit jam, fresh mango and passionfruit pulp.
For something a little more textured, the Raspberry & Coconut Croissant balances toasted coconut frangipane, raspberry compote and coconut mascarpone, finished with fresh berries and coconut jelly. Rounding out the range is a refined Vanilla Slice. Crisp puff pastry, smooth vanilla custard and a light dusting of icing sugar.
Available for a limited time. Best enjoyed fresh, with a coffee in hand.
