Menu

Mantou Beignet, $18
Golden mantou beignet filled with a fresh lobster salad, topped with vibrant ikura and a rich katsuobushi cream. A meeting of Chinese and Japanese umami, finished with fine chives and a warm savoury glaze. A playful beginning to the evening.

Steamed Aquna Murray Cod, $118
Tier-one, river-raised Murray cod traditionally steamed with soy and Shaoxing wine—a gesture toward whole-fish preparations served at Lunar New Year to symbolise abundance and continuity. Accompanied by stir-fried kangkong and tamarind, balancing Cantonese restraint with the bright, river-led flavours of Southeast Asia. Clean, balanced, and quietly celebratory.

Sweet & Sour Mushrooms, $39
Seasonal mushrooms glazed in dark sweet-and-sour soy and folded through wok-fried chow mein— long noodles offered in the spirit of longevity during the New Year table. Jaew som, Thai herbs and crisp textures reflect the shared, generous style of eating found across Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. Designed for gathering and sharing.

800g Ribeye, $155
MB3 ribeye, aged and grilled over coals—as a symbol of warmth, fortune and reunion. Served with accompaniments shaped by regional Southeast Asian flavour. A final course centred on abundance and the joy of the table.
Available from 17 to 22 February 2026.
